For this coming Friday's Masa Meet-Up, we are excited to welcome our special guest, BHA member, friend, and Torah Scribe, Julie Seltzer.  

Julie's presentation "Words of a Feather" will answer the questions "What is the scribal arts, and how is a Torah scroll made?" Julie will explain the materials and process, and we will look inside a Torah scroll and learn the best-kept secrets of the trade.

Participants will also have the opportunity to try their hand at making the Hebrew letters as they are written in a scroll!

***Please note that Julie's presentation is best suited towards kiddos in grades 2 and up.  Parents are welcome to stay!  Please RSVP by emailing Education Director, Celia Baczkowski at celia@beaconhebrewalliance.org 

After Julie's presentation, at 5:30pm, Luke will lead us in Mini-Minyan - all ages welcome!
