How to Use Your BHA Account Portal

Have you moved?  Changed your mobile number?  Or email?

Need to update your payment method for dues?  Want to see how many payments you have left on your dues recurring payment?

When you log in to your BHA account, you can update your contact info, info about you family as well as change payment methods, check on payments and even see events you've registered for.  

SET/RESET YOUR PASSWORD

Once you join BHA, you will have a BHA account and should set a password to log in.  To do so, you can use the Forgot Password link, input the email associated with your BHA account and you'll receive an email and link to set or reset your password.

You may also contact BHA to request a password reset email be sent to you.

If you have access to your account portal and want to change your password or email associated with your BHA account, you can click on Change My Password in the Account Information section. 

 

UPDATE YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION

From the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on My Profile.
  • You'll see all the current profile information including your name, Hebrew name, email, mobile, Date of birth and the date you became a BHA Member, tribe, work contact info, etc. 
  • To edit or add information to your Profile, click on View & Edit Your Profile.  The complete Profile Form will appear with several tabs including Interests, Talents, Skills & Hobbies, and Learning & Leading.  These are new profile tabs and we hope you'll fill them out and let us know more about you!

 

ADD/EDIT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS

From the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on My Family, you'll see the list of people we have living in your household.  
  • Adults in your household will be listed as Contacts, and children will be identified as such.  
  • To Edit information about your family, click on the Edit Your Family button, the My Family form will appear and you can add or update information for each member including contact information. 
  • You can also add a spouse or partner by checking off the No Secondary option, adding their information and then clicking Save Changes to Account.
  • You can add a child to your account by clicking on the Children tab and clicking on Add Child, add their info and then clicking Save Changes to Account.  

 

ADD/EDIT YAHRZEITS

From the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on My Yahrzeits
  • You'll see all your current Yahrzeits, select the Edit button next to the Yahrzeit you'd like to change or update.
  • You'll see the complete Yahrzeit form, make changes to the information in the form and click on Save Changes to Yahrzeit.  You can also Delete this Yahrzeit from your account by clicking the Delete button.
  • To add a new Yahrzeit to your BHA account, click the Add Yahrzeit from the My Yahrzeit menu, fill out the the Yahrzeit form and click on Save Changes to Yahrzeit.

 

ADD/EDIT YOUR ADDRESS

From the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on Edit My Addresses.
  • You'll see the address we currently have in our database, click the Edit button to change it. 
  • Click over the Address block to edit the current address fill out the form and click the Done button.  Once you are done, you must click on the Save Changes to Addresses.
  • If you have a secondary address where you spend part of the year and you'd like us to have it in our database, click Add New Address, fill out the form and click the Done button.  Once you are done, you must click on the Save Changes to Addresses.

 

PAY YOUR BILL

You can click on the DONATE hyperlink in the header links at the top of any webpage or from the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on Pay My Bill
  • On the Online Payment page, if you have an open balance, you will see the option to pay your balance or make a donation.  Select For Account Balance.
  • You'll see your open charge details and amount, select it by checking the check box and filling in the amount you'd like to pay and the frequency.   
  • Once you choose your selections, click the Submit Payment button to choose a payment method and finalize your payment.

 

MAKE A DONATION

You can click on the DONATE hyperlink in the header links at the top of any webpage or from the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on Pay My Bill
  • On the Online Payment page, if you have an open balance, you will see the option to pay your balance or make a donation.  Select Donation.
  • If you have no open balance, you will see only donation options: the donation type, amount and frequency and if you'd like to dedicate your donation.  
  • Once you choose your selections, click the Submit Payment button to choose a payment method and finalize your payment.

 

VIEW YOUR TRANSACTIONS

You can view all your past payments and charges to your BHA account as well as view open balances and print a current statement by visiting My Transactions.  From the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on My Transactions.
  • You'll see your Open Balances at the top, and the option to View Your Recurring Transactions.  Recent Transactions are listed below.
  • To see more transactions or a range of transactions between dates, click on View All Transactions.  From here you can Submit a Payment, Download A Statement reflecting any open balances, or View Your Recurring Payments.

 

EDIT/CANCEL FUTURE PAYMENTS ON A RECURRING PAYMENT

If you'd like to change the date of future recurring payments, change the frequency of recurring payments or cancel your recurring payment, please contact BHA Administrator, Faith Adams, at faith@beaconhebrewalliance.org.

 

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD FOR A RECURRING PAYMENT

From the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on My Recurring Payments
  • You will see all your recurring payments, click the Edit button next to the recurring payment that needs to be updated.
  • From this screen click the Add Card To Gateway button, it will ask for your credit card info and address then select Save Payment Method. 
  • Once you see the new card on the screen, click the Change Card button.
  • From the Edit screen you can also update your current card's info by clicking Update, input the new expiration and security code, then click Save Payment Method. 

 

ADD A NEW PAYMENT METHOD

From the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on My Payment Methods.
  • From here you can see all the current payment methods saved in your account. 
  • Any Expired payment methods you no longer want saved can be deleted by clicking on Delete. 
  • You can click on Update to input the new expiration and security code to a saved payment method, then click Save Payment Method. 
  • Click on Add New Payment Method to save a new method to your BHA account,it will ask for your credit card info and address then select Save Payment Method.

 

EDIT YOUR VIEWABLE INFORMATION IN THE MEMBER DIRECTORY

The Membership Directory is viewable only to CURRENT MEMBERS and NEW MEMBERS.  The only information that is viewable by default are the names of the adults in your household, any further contact info you must opt into.  

The information you can opt to make viewable to other members are

  • your email,
  • your mobile number,
  • your address, and
  • your children's names. 

From the My Account portal screen:

  • Click on Edit My Directory Listing.
  • Select which information you would like visible by clicking the options. 

YOU CAN CHANGE THE VISIBILITY OF THESE OPTIONS AT ANY TIME.  If you end your membership, your contact info is automatically removed from the Member Directory.

 

NOT RECEIVING BHA EMAILS

Occasionally you may find that you are no longer receiving BHA emails.  This could be for a variety of reasons, first log into your BHA account and:

  • Check the email associated with your profile in My Profile to make sure your email address is correct.   
  • Go to My E-Newsletter Subscriptions and make sure that you are subscribed to receive our newsletters.
  • Check your email promotions, spam or junk folders to be sure our emails aren't being sent there, and if so adjust your email security settings. 
  • Finally, adding our email address: admin@beaconhebrewalliance.org, to your contacts list may resolve the issue.
