Join us as we take a close look at voices from the peace building movement among Palestinians and Israelis. Many of these activists will have represented organizations including, but not limited to Combatants for Peace, Parents Circle/Bereaved Families Forum, Standing Together, Roots/Shadur, Breaking the Silence. We will look at texts, testimonies and video clips from Palestinians and Israelis who have been engaged in this complex work for decades. Each of our sessions will also feature time for reflection on a short text from Jewish tradition, and our conversations will be designed so that we create space for divergent perspectives in an atmosphere of mutual respect, curiosity and connection. This class will be on Zoom.
