Join songwriter Luke Wygodny (BHA’s music director) and Ilana Friedman (BHA’s Early Childhood Program Director) for a four-session workshop in which we tune our heartstrings to our art strings.

Tried and true song-writing prompts will help us turn language into lyrics that strike a chord. They'll also consider meaning and emotion as they find a matching melody.

Meanwhile, we'll be “finding one’s way with clay,” using pinch pot and other hand building techniques to express feeling and story through the malleable, earthy material.

Luke and Ilana provide a safe and supportive space for each individual to access the magic of their inner world through mindful music and art making.

We will use artist's journals to privately express and explore ideas through words, sketches, or any expression that helps tap into our limitless creative potential.

Ages 18 and up.
