RISING will be a gorgeous contemplative hike through the Hudson Highlands on Sunday, September 22, filled with opportunities to let go of stale narratives, get rooted in the present and set our intentions for the year to come. It will be an opportunity to elevate our bodies and our souls.
We'll ascend via the Wilkinson Trail, which is a challenging trail which gains roughly 1800 feet over approximately five miles. We will not be moving terribly fast and I've done this hike with folks in their 70s; however, it is not an appropriate hike for children younger than 15 years old.
This contemplative hike is open to everyone, and there are special discounts available for members of Beacon Hebrew Alliance and the Surprise Lake Camp communities. Please feel free to share this with others who might be interested in nature-based spiritual opportunities!
