The turkey is finished, the scarves are out - it must mean that Hanukkah is right around the corner. Here's some of what we have going on here!

Here is some more information on the history and philosophy of Hanukkah, and here are some resources for the whole family. 

Hanukkah at BHA: We'll be having our community pre-Hanukkah party this year on December 18 from noon to 2 PM! Dreydl spinning, latke eating and of course, Oinky McPigglestein's incomparable puppet retelling of the Hannukah Story! All the details are here. 

Hanukkah on Main Street: We'll be lighting the Beacon Bicycle Menorah every night of Hanukkah, and you can see the full calendar here. 

Hanukkah on the Road: Hannukah falls on winter break this year, and we know that lots of people will be traveling. So, whether you are lighting your hannukiah in Beacon, Boca Raton or Buenos Aires, post a picture of you with your hannukah lights on facebook and tag it with #BHAnukkah!
