This winter promises to be a difficult one, particularly for folks who are already stretched thin. The Food Pantry at St Andrew and St Luke is already a lifeline for many, and we anticipate many more people will be looking for support this winter.

In the long sweep of Jewish history, there are few commitments more central than feeding the hungry. As the psalmist teaches, we are to “rescue the wretched and the needy, saving them from the hand of the wicked.” (Ps 82:4)
