Passover Seder Match: Guest Questionnaire

We are so glad you are interested in sharing Passover with a member of the BHA community! 

Below are some questions to help us make the best possible matches between guests and hosts; please take a moment to answer them and submit the form by April 3.

We invite guests to contribute to BHA in honor of their hosts; the suggested donations will be $18 per person for BHA members and $36 per person for non-members.  Host will receive a letter of acknowledgment once you are matched.

We do not guarantee you will be matched with a host for Passover due to a variety of reasons, but we will try our best!
