Thursday, October 5, 2023 • 20 Tishrei 5784
7:30 PM - 9:00 PMSukkah at BHA, 331 Verplanck Ave., BeaconOne of the challenges of Sukkot is making the work of the Days of Awe real in our lives. Join us in the BHA sukkah for an introduction to On Repentance and Repair: Making Amends in an Unapologetic World, by Rabbi Danya Ruttenberg. This powerful book has been called a “must read for anyone navigating the work of justice and healing,” by Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, and has profound implications for how we navigate our personal, communal and national lives.
This is a free event and is open to everyone. This introduction will begin our exploration of these important topics; folks who are interested in continuing are welcome to join our fall class on Sunday mornings; details and registration are here.
